Availability: In stock

Use about 1/2 tsp to replace 2 tsp of liquid color. Dissolve in neutral liquid ingredients like water or egg white and then add to creams or batters.
There are about 6 teaspoons per container. We estimate a half ounce container will color enough icing for three or four typical 8" double tier cakes.
