Warm container to melt cocoa butter and add directly to melted chocolate, cocoa butter, shortening or other fat to create a deep red color. One .25 oz container creates a dark red in 6 oz of white chocolate or use less for a lighter shade. Created to resist fading!

Use and Storage

Warm container to melt cocoa butter and add directly to melted chocolate, cocoa butter, shortening or other fat to create a deep red color. One .25 oz container creates a dark red in 6 oz of white chocolate or use less for a lighter shade. Created to resist fading! Cocoa butter is generally good for 6 months or longer with cool storage.
