Paprika oil (oleorosin of paprika) is made by extracting plant fats and pigments from sweet red pepper used to color foods deep orange. Just a speck of this oil creates brilliant color with no speckling. To create red, add a very, very! small amount to chocolate or fat to create light orange, then blend in radish red powder to desired tone.

Use and Storage

Add directly to oil based products like chocolate for an instant and intense paprika color. Perfect replacement for those sensitive to annatto or to make a pink color turn red. May be used in buttercreams and icings.
